About Me

Hi, I'm Rhett. I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

My coaching sits at the intersections of gender identity, masculinity, neurodiversity, personal transformation and systems change.

I coach leaders and changemakers in the social and environmental justice space to unlock their potential and maximize their impact to drive positive change for our world.

I believe we maximize the impact of our work in the world by first doing our own work.

I create a safe and empowering space for my clients to clarify their values, goals, and unique strengths, while working through any impeding beliefs in service of moving them powerfully forward, toward their goals and the life they want to be living.

As your coach, it’s my goal to help you become the version of yourself that you need to be in order to live the rich, fulfilling life you deserve and shape the world you want the next generation to inherit.

I have over 20 years experience as a mid-level leader in IT Governance for local government and public safety, 12 years of experience doing men's work in group settings. I have experience leading cross functional teams, coaching and mentoring employees, strategic planning and visioning, managing mission-critical projects and services across public agencies with multiple stakeholders, and designing services with online and in-person touch points.

In a former life, I was a recording engineer and independent musical artist.

My pronouns are: He/Him

I identify as cis-gendered male, heterosexual, feminist, ADHD-empowered, LGBTQIA+ ally, cat dad. I live and practice my coaching in California with my wife and three cats.

My values include:

Adventure • Anti-racism • Clarity • Compassion • Courage • Creativity • Cultural Humility • Curiosity • Diversity • Equity • Gratitude • Growth • Inclusion • Integrity • Justice • Kindness • Optimism • Professionalism • Reciprocity • Regeneration • Safety • Self-authority • Sustainability • Synergy • Transformation
